Position Summary

As a Communication Intern, he/she will assist in various activities related to communication and visibility development, focusing on effective communication and relationship-building with different audiences through written communications, social media, and other channels. While supporting a wide range of projects, he/she will gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of communication and media for development, as well as a comprehensive understanding of non-profit organizations.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Studied or completed a degree in media and communication, journalism, graphic design, or marketing.
  • Knowledge and skills in photography, video, and graphic design are preferred.
  • Passionate about using social media for social change, creating campaigns and content, and generating fan engagement and growth.
  • Computer literacy required, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking Khmer and English.
  • Ability to translate between Khmer and English.
